Pucker up, son.

Have been informed that my stunted sentence structure is irritating to some irregular readers. Pity. I do have to concede that it is not similar to my writing style nor my speaking style. Also concede blog background is not favorable. Still looking for an alternate as mentioned in a previous blog (clearly missed by the not so astute) and learning html as I go.

Props to the readers, fans, fellow writers who offered support off comment. Also to the heartfelt individual, petite and silver of coloring, who took to blog war on my behalf. Promise, love, to let me take all the hits next time? I don't mind. It's dedication from those like you who encourage me and I appreciate you.

546.

What's that you ask? The number of hits to this blog generated by the blog war. All publicity is good publicity I've been told. A nearly quadrupled readership, however they arrived, cannot be overlooked. Impressive.

Other shit: Ellora's Cave and Anny Cook are hosting an author/reader chat tonight 8-10 Eastern time. Join in or lurk. Ask questions or hang out. There shall be excerpts, giveaways, and lots of dialogue. Some even in full sentences.

Note to self: "Mia, remember you can always kill them off in a book, but they'd have to get under your skin first."

I love your blog. I even read the panty experience to hubby, and he cracked up. Keep doing what you are doing!

Thanx Jennifer. I appreciate the posted comment so soon after the rage, as well. Brave lady.

For the record, the incident with the knickers was a legitimate moment of horror. *shudder* Still looking for the thief and my dignity.

The first third of the review I felt myself growing annoyed, then remembered all the others I'd seen and the nuclear waste in comments left behind. After that, I began laughing. Won't say I didn't wince, but despite their spewage, they are clever.

"Yeah. I said it. Oh, and you too." Glad you have no delusions. It's an assessment I'm totally in line with. I love your awesome-ass self.

Sorry I was too cowardly to jump into the fray, Mia, but I do love you!

Thanx Cindy. No worries. They didn't goad me either. I did the token response portion and had off with them thereafter.

I'd say you came out on top of this one, Mia! Nice jump in hits. And you didn't let them defeat you...keep going I love your blog!

Thanx Amber! I'd say I did too. And my rag-fest generated comments for them. They hit over 400 when I looked two days ago. They appear to be flummoxed as to how hits equal sales. In this industry, we know that to be true based on cause and effect. I'd say I should thank them, but they took their dues on me already.

Amber. I noticed I don't have a link to your site on my blog. You write at Goddesses, but do you have a website link?
